Our platform operates on carrier-grade switching systems including Veriswitch and ConnexCS, enabling advanced call routing, filtering, and quality control to ensure reliable and lawful communication.
Our services may be used for legitimate business communication, including but not limited to:
Enterprise voice communication
Customer support and contact centers
SIP trunking and DID usage
Business-to-business calling
All traffic must comply with telecom regulations applicable to the destination and origin countries.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent or deceptive calling practices
Spam, robocalls, or unsolicited mass calling
Caller ID spoofing or misrepresentation
Any activity violating telecom laws or regulations
Use that causes network abuse or service disruption
We actively monitor traffic using intelligent call filtering and routing mechanisms provided by our switching infrastructure.
To maintain call quality and network integrity, we:
Monitor call behavior, patterns, and performance
Filter abnormal or suspicious traffic
Block routes or traffic that violate our policies
Our use of Veriswitch and ConnexCS allows real-time traffic analysis, fraud prevention, and quality enforcement.
Violation of this AUP may result in:
Temporary suspension
Permanent termination of services
Traffic blocking without prior notice
Reporting to relevant authorities if required
Decisions are made to protect network stability and compliance.
